Tom is a world-class apparel designer with a dedicated leadership background, strong brand mindset, and advanced technical prowess. He cut his teeth at DKNY/Donna Karan, overseeing all apparel categories (tops, bottoms, tailoring, and active sport). He has also served as head of design for Sid Mashburn, leading the company to be named the best store in America by GQ and Esquire magazines. As design director, Tom launched global collections for the Alchemist, a luxury streetwear brand currently featured in 70+ of the top retailers around the world.

With over a decade of experience in the wholesale apparel industry, Felicia has accrued a wealth of knowledge surrounding emerging and established apparel brands. Felicia’s forte is igniting brand growth from conception and branding to merchandising and global e-commerce. She is excited to guide brands through every stage of development.

Kelley is a creative strategist who specializes in branding, art direction, design, and fashion. Her extensive background in brand strategy and identity design, fashion design and development, and integrated marketing includes leading creative and visual merchandising at SPANX. At Tommy Hilfiger, she led the women’s graphics team and global on-product marketing strategy. She has also led marketing and creative endeavors for Michael Kors, Good Sport Apparel, and Calvin Klein.
